Healthy Miso Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
Miso paste
Tofu
Shiitake & Shimeji mushrooms
Assorted vegetables, stir-fried with sesame oil & sesame seeds
(I used asparagus, carrots, corn)
Sautéed onions
Water
